Huangfushan National Forest Park, originally a national virgin forest, covers a land area of 53,272.5mu（3,551.5 hectares). As of May, 2005, the forest had not been cultivated.The forest is thick with a variety of trees. The ecological environment is lush and green, with a grassland area of 52,383mu（3,492.2 hectares）and a tree coverage rate of up to 98%.

For thousands of years, many scenic and historical sites have been maintained in the forest area, with many kinds of ecological resources including a lake water surface area of 600mu（40 hectares）, springs and rivers spanning more than 20 km, waterfalls of every size , migratory birds-- egrets flying in the sky--majestic precipices and overhanging cliffs, and a large natural grassland. It is the perfect location for golf and horse-racing, and an ideal place for leisure activities.

Moreover, the forest park is located 20 km from the outskirts of Chuzhou City, Anhui province; about 100 km from Nanjing City; and about 300km from Shanghai. Some 200km from the forest park, there is the nationally famous Changjiang Delta,a large economically developed region with 15 cities and one hundred million citizens.

Thanks to these favorable conditions, the local government has approved the plan to build Huangfushan Forest Park into a large, integrated tourist park of AAAA grade. Our cooperating partner in this endeavor, Zhong’an Tour Domain Stock Limited Company, has already completed all the formal requirements in Anhui province and has so far invested more than five million seven hundred thousand( 5,700,000 )RMB（about USD 810,000）, thus gaining the following rights:

53,272mu（3,551.5 hectares）for a forest farm; 50-year land use rights and operating rights( see the contract attachments for details); and 500mu(about 33.3 hectares)in land ownership for real estate development such as high-grade luxury hotels, holiday apartments, villas, a visitors reception center, a shopping center, and all selling right of these buildings.
